I am Bilginer Sarı, a product builder working between fintech and applied AI. I spent the last years shipping trading and search tools at Midas, then leading Bundle's AI-focused redesign, and I write up each project as a decision trace rather than a highlight reel.
Today I am building ooba, where I work on an LLM training workflow that treats evaluation as the promotion gate, and a health tracker that reads data people already generate instead of asking them to log it.
I prototype early, cut scope in public, and keep the trade-offs written down.
METHOD
How I work
Three habits that survived contact with real users, real data and real deadlines.

Talk with the customer
Before anything is designed I want three unedited conversations with people who have the problem. Most roadmap arguments dissolve once someone repeats, in their own words, what they were trying to do when the product failed them.

Kill your darlings
Scope is cut in public and early. On Bundle that meant shipping four AI routes instead of eleven; on Midas it meant an opt-in advanced mode rather than making the default app denser for everyone.

Good is what works
A decision counts once it holds in production under real data. I write the trade-off down next to the outcome, so the reasoning survives even when the result is disappointing.

What I have shipped
Founded ooba and am building two products: an LLM training workflow that makes evaluation the promotion gate, and a health tracker that reads existing data instead of demanding daily entry.
Led Bundle's AI-focused redesign, replacing a growing tool catalogue with one prompt-first entry point and cutting time-to-first-result for new users.
Product manager at Midas, shipping Advanced Trader Tools for high-volume traders and rebuilding search so natural-language queries returned useful results instead of zero.
